PDN platform supports secure information sharing, due diligence and transaction preparation. Support from Registered advisors and other capital market intermediaries is available.
Business linkages
The platform connects businesses to trading partners, distribution partners, and franchising partners.
One-to-one introductions: Users are introduced individually through the platform. PDN provides tech-enabled investment banking and market linkage services. PDN also provides event driven networking and market intelligence platforms.
Transaction Advisors: Investors and businesses can join and list on the platform independently or through an adviser they have already contracted. If they have not yet appointed one, they can connect with transaction advisory firms listed on the platform.
